FLASH3D LLC V. SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS AMERICA, INC. 2:17-cv-00521-JRG

The plaintiff Flash3D is based in Plano.

It claims ownership of United States Patent Numbers 7,546,538 and 7,624,348, alleging each was infringed upon.

Recent court documents show that the subject patents bare the title “System and Method for Web Browsing,” and are directed to systems and methods for “web browsing that displays multiple web pages thereby allowing a user to contemporaneously view more than a single web page in a window.”

Flash3D seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

Attorney David R. Bennett of the law firm Direction IP Law in Chicago is representing the complainant.

VISTA LUMEN, LLC V. METALUMEN MANUFACTURING INC. 4:17-cv-00463-ALM     

The plaintiff Vista Lumen is based in McKinley.

Asserting ownership of U.S. Patent Number 7,942,542, it has pursued legal action in response to alleged infringement.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued the ‘542 patent, entitled “Back Lighted Replaceable Image Sheet Display Apparatus,” on May 17, 2011, recent court papers show.

Vista Lumen seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

Attorney Gary R. Sorden of the law firm Klemchuck LLP in Dallas serves as the plaintiff’s lead counsel.
