Motorist accuses AT&T employee of negligence after collision

Car accident 39

HOUSTON – A Houston woman alleges she was injured in a collision with an AT&T employee.

Kesha M. Richmond filed a complaint on July 6 in the Harris County District Court against AT&T Inc. and Kyle L. Kelly alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 14, 2015, she sustained injuries when the vehicle she was driving was struck by a truck being operated by defendant Kelly and owned by defendant AT&T.

The plaintiff holds AT&T Inc. and Kelly responsible because defendant Kelly allegedly recklessly operated the vehicle he was driving and failed to yield right of way.

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages, pre- and post-judgment interest and such other just and equitable relief. She is represented by Thomas F. Bickham Jr. and Roshun A. Phipps of Bickham Law in Houston.
