HOUSTON – A medical doctor alleges a Katy construction company failed to complete a project on time.
Manaf Alroumoh filed a complaint on July 11 in the Harris County District Court against Noma Engineering & Construction LLC alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the parties entered into an agreement for the defendant to perform improvements to plaintiff's leasehold in October 2016.
The plaintiff holds Noma Engineering & Construction LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to complete the project on time. The plaintiff alleges he was forced to engage other contractors to complete the work at significant personal expense.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $100,000 but not more than $200,000 and all further relief to which plaintiff is entitled. He is represented by Yahya Basheer of GMA Credit LLC in Houston.
