Slip01

GALVESTON — A Houston woman is suing a League City apartment complex, alleging negligence led to her suffering injuries.

Carmen Klein filed a complaint July 17, in the Galveston County District Court against 451 Constellation LLC, alleging failure to ensure that its property was not unreasonably dangerous.

According to the complaint, on March 17, 2016, Klein was walking on common property on the League City premises owned and managed by Constellation Pointe Apartment. She says she tripped and fell on a large gravel rock, leading to personal injuries and damages resulting in pain and suffering, medical expenses and disability.

The plaintiff alleges 451 Constellation failed to make the condition reasonably safe and failed to warn Klein of the dangerous condition.

Klein seeks trial by jury, monetary damages up to $74,000, all damages, plus interest, costs of court and all equitable relief. She is represented by attorney Joshua R. Leske of Hussain Law & Associates in Houston.
