HOUSTON – A patient alleges he has suffered physical pain and suffering as a result of a medical procedure performed by a Pasadena doctor.
Matt Morreale filed a complaint on July 21 in the Harris County District Court against Dr. Jose Reyes Jr., Pasadena Management Consultants PA and Interventional Pain Specialist PLLC alleging medical malpractice.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff sought treatment from Reyes Jr. in July 2015 for a bulging disc in his neck. The suit states Reyes recommended and performed a left cervical selective nerve root block but the plaintiff was injured.
The plaintiff holds Reyes Jr., Pasadena Management Consultants PA and Interventional Pain Specialist PLLC responsible because the defendant Reyes' allegedly substandard medical care.
The plaintiff seeks damages, interest and such other relief to which he may show himself justly entitled. He is represented by Cory D. Itkin, Noah M. Wexler and Ryan S. McLeod of Arnold & Itkin LLP in Houston.
