BC&L Inc. alleged to owe more than $12,000 for services

GALVESTON – A Brazos County woman alleges a third-party medical claim and payment administrator failed to pay her for two months' worth of work.

La Nae Schulz filed a complaint on Aug. 7 in the Galveston County District Court against BC&L Inc. alleging that the third-party administrator failed to reimburse plaintiff's expenses.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff worked for the defendant from 2005 to 2015. She alleges in May and June 2015, she submitted her invoices and that the defendant has failed to pay them. She alleges she is entitled to compensation of $12,467.56. 

The plaintiff seeks damages of $100,000 or less and such other relief to which she may be justly entitled. She is represented by John A. Buckley Jr. of Greer, Herz & Adams LLP in League City.
