Law money 09

HOUSTON – Current and former employees of an industrial waste service collector allege that they are owed unpaid overtime.

August Simpson, Jamario Bell, Bennie McKenzie, Ijenea Wooley, et al. filed a complaint on Aug. 14 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Boze Enterprise II LLC alleging that the employer violated the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs are currently or were formerly employed by the defendant as service technicians and worked more than 40 hours per week.

The plaintiffs hold Boze Enterprise II LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay overtime compensation at a rate of time-and-one-half.

The plaintiffs seek all unpaid overtime compensation, liquidated damages, attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses and such other relief to which they may be entitled. They are represented by James M. Loren, Rachael Rustmann and George Z. Goldberg of Goldberg & Loren PA in Dallas.
