BEAUMONT – A sand blasting and paint supplies company alleges that it is owed for supplies it delivered to a business.
G Blast Service & Supply Inc. filed a complaint on Aug. 9 in the Jefferson County District Court against Rescar Inc. alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages for not receiving full payment for supplies it provided to defendant.
The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of $100,000 or less and such other and further relief. It is represented by Grant V. Dunwoody of The Dunwoody Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
