Premium Glacier Inc., Ice Cap Enterprises SRL alleged to have failed to pay loans

AMARILLO – A Texas lender claims that three loans executed to two Canadian businesses were not paid in full.

Bill Scott Barnhill filed a complaint on Aug. 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Amarillo Division against Premium Glacier Inc., Ice Cap Enterprises SRL, Peggy Darlene Johnson and Robert Nagy alleging breach of contract, negligent representation and common law fraud.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between January and August 2011, he loaned to defendants the total amount of $350,000. To date, the plaintiff claims that none of the said amount has been paid. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney's fees, costs and such other lawful and equitable relief. He is represented by Tim Newsome of Young & Newsome PC in Amarillo.
