Scarlet 'N Gray LLC alleges it is still owed more than $2,000 for car

Late 07

HOUSTON – A Harris County man is alleged to have failed to repay a loan for a car.

Scarlet 'N Gray LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 1 in the Harris County District Court against Pedro Camposano alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in early 2016, plaintiff procured a car for defendant in exchange for his promise to pay plaintiff $6,000. The plaintiff alleges that it was deducting $100 each week from the defendant's pay but after the business relationship ended, the defendant stopped making payments. To date, the balance of $2,800 allegedly remains due and owing.

The plaintiff holds Camposano responsible because despite plaintiff's written demand for payments, defendant allegedly has not responded.

The plaintiff seeks actual damages, pre- and post-judgment interest and any other general, special and legal relief. It is represented by G. Scott Fiddler and Andrew W. Reed of Fiddler & Associates PC in Houston.
