GALVESTON – A customs window installer claims a Friendswood woman ordered windows and now allegedly refuses to pay for them or let it install them.

Allied Customs Homes Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 15 in the Galveston County District Court against Monique Ferrie alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was contracted by the defendant in October 2016 to remove her old windows and install new ones. The suit states that prior to installation, an issue of whether the plaintiff could remount the defendant's blinds and granite window sills as they are currently installed arose. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant has since refused to permit the plaintiff to install the windows.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of $100,000 or less and such other lawful and equitable relief. It is represented by Bradley L. DeLuca and C. Keith Lea of Johnson, DeLuca, Kurisky & Gould in Houston.
