Centauri Technologies LP alleges it is still owed more than $12,000 from individual

Late 02

GALVESTON – A Pasadena business alleges it is still owed several thousand dollars on a loan to a former employee.

Centauri Technologies LP filed a complaint on Sept. 28 in the Galveston County District Court against Bryan Grosjean alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between Aug. 10, 2016, and Oct. 10, 2016, plaintiff advanced various sums of money to defendant in the total amount of $12,825. As of January, the balance amount of $4,910.081 allegedly remains due and unpaid.

The plaintiff holds Grosjean responsible because the defendant allegedly terminated his employment with plaintiff without fully paying the loaned amount.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of less than $100,000 and such other and further relief to which it may show itself to be justly entitled. It is represented by Matthew "Gus" Knebel of Mills Shirley LLP in Galveston.
