BEAUMONT – A petition to perpetuate testimony has been filed against Texaco, Radiator Special and United States Steel.
Seeking the testimony of her husband Glenn Prioux, Linda Prioux filed the petition Sept. 18 in Jefferson County District Court.
The testimony sought is regarding Glenn’s work history and exposures to benzene at the Texaco refinery in Port Arthur, where we worked from 1969 to 2004.
The petitioners are represented by Hobson & Bradley attorney Tina Bradley.
Judge Baylor Wortham, 136th District Court, has been assigned to the case.
