GALVESTON — A woman is suing Victoria's Secret Stores LLC and a lingerie store manager, Tan Grace, citing alleged abuse and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Lorelei Barrilleaux filed a complaint on Oct. 6, in the Galveston County District Court against the defendants alleging that defendant Tan abused her by requesting personal favors.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, in Sept. 29, 2016, as a result of defendants conduct, she has suffered loss of earnings, severe emotional distress, mental anguish, anxiety attacks, depression, loss of appetite and interest in sex and nausea.

The plaintiff holds Victoria's Secret Stores LLC and Grace Tan responsible because defendant Tan allegedly asked plaintiff to dye her hair, pluck her eyebrows, give her rides, shopped for her and cooked for her and failed to pay her commissions she should have earned.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief over $100,000 but not more than $200,000 and all other relief she may show herself to be justly entitled. She is represented by Terry W. Vanderpool of Sixta & Associates PC in Friendswood.
