HOUSTON – A Houston woman alleges her foot became infected after a visit to a salon in the city.
Nina Hayden filed a complaint on Oct. 10 in the Harris County District Court against T C Nails alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 3, she was a customer at defendant's salon for a pedicure and alleges that the employees there inadvertently infected her foot.
The plaintiff seeks actual and exemplary damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, costs of court, lost wages and such other just and proper relief. She is represented by Jose Luis Orihuela of Orihuela & Associates PLLC in League City.
