HOUSTON – A Louisiana man alleges he is owed unpaid overtime wages from his Houston employer.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2016 and 2017, he worked for more than 40 hours per week for 43 weeks for the defendants.

The plaintiff and seeks unpaid overtime wages, liquidated damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, expert fees and expenses and any other relief the court finds proper. He is represented by Dennis A. Clifford of The Clifford's Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
