All Brands Cigarettes & Candy Inc. alleges it is owed more than $150,000 for goods

HOUSTON – A Missouri City man is alleged to have failed to pay for goods delivered.

All Brands Cigarettes & Candy Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 20 in the Harris County District Court against Kashif Kabani alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that beginning in 2010, it supplied and delivered cigarettes, tobacco products and candies to defendant in the total amount of $153,044.50. It alleges that this amount has not been paid. The plaintiff also alleges that several payments made by checks for the total amount of $32,882.86 did not have sufficient funds.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $100,000 but less than $200,000 and such other lawful and equitable relief. It is represented by Gus E. Pappas and Nicole Hilburn of Dabney & Pappas in Houston.
