GAHC3 Friendswood TX, MOB alleges tenants breached lease on Friendswood property

GALVESTON – The owner of a Friendswood property alleges its tenants failed to pay rent.

GAHC3 Friendswood TX, MOB LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 23 in the Galveston County District Court against Lee Family Practice Associates PA and William O. Lee MD alleging breach of lease and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 4, 2010, it leased to the defendants an office space located at 1505 Winding Way for 10 years. In September, the suit states the defendants defaulted on their lease obligations.

The plaintiff holds Lee Family Practice Associates PA and William O. Lee MD responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay rent due under the lease, abandoned the premises and wrongfully and in bad faith pursued and secured a writ of reentry.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but not more than $1 million and such other legal or equitable relief. It is represented by Karen L. Hart and Saba F. Syed of Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP in Dallas.
