After delivery, they allege they discovered that some of the items were damaged or defective and some were not delivered.

The plaintiffs holds Your Cost Furniture LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to deliver the furniture ordered on time and failed to deliver some pieces completely. Defendant's employees allegedly also damaged plaintiffs' wall and stairs during delivery.

The plaintiffs seek monetary relief of more than $100,000 and such other relief to which they are entitled. They are represented by Karalynn C. Cromeens and Jonelle Oldacre of The Cromeens Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
