HOUSTON – A Harris County man alleges he was not paid the annual salary he was promised by a business engaged in selling foam insulation equipment.

Dennis D. Wilson filed a complaint on Nov. 1 in the Harris County District Court against Akurate Dynamics LLC and Trey D. Cook alleging breach of contract, fraud and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was approached by Cook to work for Akurate Dynamics. The suit states the plaintiff was not paid for his first three months on the job and was only paid $70,000 of his $180,000 annual salary. He alleges he was terminated when he demanded he be paid his full salary.

The plaintiff holds Akurate Dynamics LLC and Cook responsible because the defendants allegedly made false representations to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but not more than $1 million and all other relief to which he is justly entitled. He is represented by Shannon A. Lang of Lang & Associates PC in Houston and Justin W. R. Renshaw of Renshaw PC in Houston.
