Priority Roofing alleged to owe more than $50,000 to supplier

GALVESTON – A League City individual is alleged to have failed to pay for supplies for his business.

Texas Roofing Supply filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the Galveston County District Court against Stephen Cooke, doing business as Priority Roofing, alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in late 2016, it began selling various roofing products to defendant. After lawful offsets, payments and credits, the balance of $51,256.56 allegedly remains unpaid. 

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of $100,000 or less and any further relief to which it is justly entitled. It is represented by Ty A. Gibson and Brett Michael Hill of Gibson Hill PC in Houston.
