Hispanic individuals file complaint against National Signs over discrimination allegations

HOUSTON – Two Hispanic individuals allege their former Houston employer discriminated against them because of their race.

Keith Lara and Adriana Lara filed a complaint on Nov. 22 in the Harris County District Court against National Signs LLC, et al. alleging race discrimination, sexual harassment, discrimination and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs are former employees of the defendant and are Hispanic.

The plaintiff holds National Signs LLC, et al. responsible because the defendants allegedly subjected them to harassment and discrimination based on their race, color and national origin and retaliation.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks exemplary and punitive damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney's fees, costs and expenses and such other just and proper relief. They are represented by Michelle M. Fraga of Fraga Law Office in Houston.
