Campbell, Calif.-based JumpSport is the plaintiff.

It has pursued legal action in response to alleged infringement of United States Patent Numbers 6,053,845 and 6,261,207.

Per recent court documents, the subject patents bear the title, “Trampoline or the Like with Enclosure.”

JumpSport seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
