Homeowner alleges Vision Industrial Services' negligence caused injury

BEAUMONT – A Jefferson County homeowner alleges she was injured when a contractor was working on her home.

Lisa Keller filed a complaint on Dec. 1, 2017, in the Jefferson County District Court against Vision Industrial Services LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff hired defendant to perform remedial work on her home to repair damages caused by Tropical Storm Harvey. She alleges that while working on her home, the defendant dropped a large metal piece from a bookcase that struck the plaintiff's eye.

She alleges she sustained personal and bodily injuries.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but less than $500,000 and such other relief to which she is justly entitled. She is represented by John S.
