WOBBLEWORKS, INC. V. DIM3PRINTING LLC 2:17-cv-00765-JRG

Massachusetts-based WobbleWorks, Inc. is the plaintiff.

It purportedly owns United States Patent Number 9,731,444, claiming the patent was infringed upon.

According to recent court documents, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued the ‘444 patent, entitled “Hand-Held Three-Dimensional Drawing Device,” on Aug. 15, 2017.

WobbleWorks seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

The complainant’s lead counsel is attorney Christopher D. Bright of the law firm McDermott Will & Emery LLP in Irvine, Calif.

CHRIMAR SYSTEMS, INC. ET AL V. AVIGILON CORPORATION ET AL 6:17-cv-00682-JRG-JDL

Michigan-based Chrimar is the plaintiff.

It has pursued legal action in response to alleged infringement of the following four patents:

8,942,107 – “Piece of Ethernet Terminal Equipment”

9,812,825 – “Ethernet Device”

8,902,760 – “Network System and Optional Tethers”

9,019,838 – “Central Piece of Network Equipment”

“The patents-in-suit generally cover plug and play automation and/or asset control capabilities employed by certain BaseT Ethernet equipment including powered devices (“PDs”) and power sourcing equipment (“PSEs”) that comply with or are compatible with certain portions of the IEEE Standards commonly referred to as PoE Standards (e.g., the IEEE 802.3af or IEEE 802.3at standards),” recent court papers say.

The complainant seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

Its lead counsel is attorney Gary R. Sorden of the law firm Klemchuk LLP in Dallas.
