HOUSTON – A Harris County woman alleges she was injured at a salon when she had her hair dyed.

Maria Theresa Pisula filed a complaint on Dec. 12, 2017, in the Harris County District Court against VC of Willowbrook LTD, doing business as Visible Changes, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 24, 2016, she was at defendant's salon in Willowbrook to have her hair dyed. She alleges she was injured by the negligent use of the hair dye.

The plaintiff holds VC of Willowbrook LTD responsible because defendant's employee allegedly failed to properly apply dye to her hair and failed to provide proper protection to the plaintiff during the hair dye application.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in excess of the jurisdictional limits of the court, pre- and post-judgment interest, costs of court and such other relief to which she is entitled. She is represented by Eric D. Nielsen and Ryan Bill of The Nielsen Law Firm PC in Houston.
