HOUSTON – An African-American woman alleges that she was discriminated against when she was not selected for a position in 2015.
Deidra L. Sutton filed a complaint on Dec. 14, 2017, in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against University of Houston Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) alleging that the former employer violated Title VII of the Civil Rights.

The plaintiff holds University of Houston Procurement Technical Assistance Center responsible because the defendant allegedly discriminated against her in connection with compensation, terms, conditions and privileges of employment.
