HOUSTON – A Village at Piney Point alleges a leak in a bathroom caused him to fall.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 19, 2016, he was injured when he slipped and fell in a bathroom at defendants' property. The suit states the bathroom floor was wet because of a leak.

He alleges he has suffered pain and suffering, mental anguish, physical impairment, diminished earning capacity and lost wages.

The plaintiff holds Karya Property Management LLC and Village at Piney Point LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to inspect the premises to discover any dangerous condition, make it safe and failed to warn the plaintiff.
