According to the complaint, the plaintiffs were insurance adjusters for the defendants and provided services in Texas or California. They allege the defendants submitted the performed claims to various insurance companies and were paid, but kept the money and refused to pay the plaintiffs for their work.

The plaintiffs holds Thomas, Jackson and Trinidad Claims Services responsible because the defendants allegedly falsely represented that the plaintiffs would be paid for the insurance adjusting services they rendered.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek actual, consequential and statutory damages, prejudgment and post-judgment interest, attorney fees, court costs and all other relief, general or specific. They are represented by Jason M. Klein of The Voss Law Firm PC in The Woodlands.
