HOUSTON – A Harris County man’s workout session at a Tomball gym more than a year ago resulted in him falling on his head, according to a lawsuit filed on Jan. 24 in local state district court.

Peter Lash alleges CFW Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Crossfit Igneous, failed to have a staff member assist him as he used a pull up bar on Mar. 11, 2016.

His suit claims he noticed several of the gym’s employees cooking and consuming alcoholic beverages in the parking lot before he entered the business located at 29935 Hwy. 249.

Lash further recalls losing his balance on the pull up bar, adding he hit his head on the hard surface below.

The incident reportedly left him with a fractured skull.

Consequently, Lash seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

He is represented by Jared W. Capps and Loren G. Klitsas of the law firm Klitsas & Vercher, P.C. in Houston.
