HOUSTON – A Harris County corporation alleges a Houston individual owes it $17,000 for equipment.
CABE Builders LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 25 in the Harris County District Court against Daniel Vasquez alleging that the individual failed to fulfill his contractual obligations.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that plaintiff purchased a 2010 Bobcat T190 Skid Track Loader for $17,000. The suit states the plaintiff purchased the equipment in connection with concrete work to be performed by the defendant and that the defendant agreed to pay the full amount of the equipment after completion of the job.
As of Jan. 15, 2018, the plaintiff alleges the said amount remains due and owing.
The plaintiff holds Vasquez responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to make payments to his indebtedness, wrongfully retained possession of the equipment and failed and refused to return the same.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks an order for the immediate seizure of the 2010 Bobcat T190 Skid Track and to deliver it to plaintiff, attorney's fees, costs and such other general and specific relief. It is represented by Brian T. Swift of The B. Swift Law Firm PC in Houston.
