ISI Construction, Repair, and Maintenance Inc. alleged to have trespassed on property

GALVESTON – Two Galveston County individuals allege a construction company has trespassed on and damaged their property.

Imran Bhojani and Tabassum Virani filed a complaint on Jan. 31 in the Galveston County District Court against ISI Construction, Repair, and Maintenance Inc. alleging trespass to real property.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that the defendant began trespassing on their property in 2016 and has stored various construction equipment and materials on their property. The plaintiffs allege the defendant's actions have damaged the parking lot of their property.

The plaintiffs holds ISI Construction, Repair, and Maintenance Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to cease trespassing on their property after multiple requests and have not compensated plaintiffs for the damages.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek monetary relief more than $100,000 but not to exceed $200,000, and all other relief to which plaintiffs are entitled. They are represented by Dustin C. Fessler and John P. Avant III of Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC in Sugar Land.
