HOUSTON – The next friend of a minor child alleges the child was injured when a Humble Independent School District bus struck a parked vehicle.
Charrise Harrison, individually and as next friend of K.H. a minor child filed a complaint on Jan. 31 in the Harris County District Court against Humble Independent School District alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Oct. 27, 2017, K.H. was a passenger/student on defendant's 2007 Yellow International Bus when its employee/driver struck a parked vehicle. As a result of the collision, the minor child allegedly suffered personal bodily injuries that resulted in medical expenses, pain, mental anguish and physical impairment.
The plaintiffs seek actual damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, costs of court and all other legal and equitable relief. They are represented by Donald G. DeSimone of DeSimone Law Office in Humble.
