The plaintiff Akoloutheo is based in Frisco.

Asserting ownership of United States Patent Number 7,426,730, it has pursued legal action in response to purported infringement.

The ‘730 patent, which is entitled “Method and System for Generalized and Adaptive Transaction Processing Between Uniform Information Services and Applications,” was reportedly issued on Sept. 16, 2008, and has a priority date of April 19, 2001.

Akoloutheo seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
