HOUSTON – A Fort Bend man is seeking millions from two companies and several individuals over allegations of discrimination.

Michel Thomas filed a complaint on Feb. 23 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Grundfos, CBS, et al. alleging that they violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Texas Labor Code.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that during his employment with Grundfos, he "worked in a severe and pervasive work environment of sexual harassment." He alleges he filed a complaint and was retaliated against as a result. He alleges his race and age were also factors in the defendants' discriminatory contact.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks $15 million and/or any amounts allowed by law. He is representing himself.
