HOUSTON – Tellez Machine, Inc. has pursued legal action against a principal shareholder, alleging the individual made disparaging remarks about the business.

A lawsuit filed on Mar. 6 in the Harris County 165th District Court states that Roberto Magueyal engaged in the purported act after demanding a 50 percent interest in the company to no avail.

The suit says the plaintiff asked the defendant to stay away from its premises “as he began disrupting the daily operations of the company.”

It claims Magueyal had put plenty of multimillion dollar contracts in jeopardy.

Consequently, the complainant seeks an injunction against the respondent.

Ricardo Guerra of the Guerra Days Law Group PLLC in Spring is representing Tellez Machine.
