HOUSTON – The Hale Firm, P.C. has filed a lawsuit against a client it alleges has a $47,961.95 debt, recent Harris County District Court records indicate.

The suit, which was filed on Apr. 12 in the Harris County 270th District Court, lists Kevin Archie as the purported debtor.

The plaintiff and Archie entered into an agreement on June 28, 2017 by which the defendant agreed pay for legal services, the complaint says.

The subject amount reportedly remains unpaid to this day.

In addition to the $47,961.95, the complainant seeks at least $15,000 in attorney’s fees.
