HOUSTON – Two Harris County individuals allege that misrepresentations were made to them regarding the purchase of a mobile home in Humble.
Martin Garcia Vega and Irma Alcantar filed a complaint on April 12 in the Harris County District Court against Trinity Communities Group LLC, Trinity Nueces Park LP, Daniela Medina, et al, alleging that they violated the Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on March 31, 2016, they paid $6,000 to defendants as down payment for the purchase of a mobile home. They allege the paperwork was never finalized.
The plaintiffs hold Trinity Communities Group LLC, Trinity Nueces Park LP, Medina, et al. responsible because the defendants allegedly falsely represented that the mobile home was being sold to them refused to return their money.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek monetary relief of $100,000 or less and such other relief to which they may show themselves justly entitled. They are represented by Ashley L. Barill of Brothers Alvarado PC in Houston.
