HOUSTON – A former employee of a Richmond company alleges he is owed thousands in unpaid wages and overtime pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was an employee of the defendant from June 2016 to October 2017. He alleges he was misclassified as an independent contractor and that he was underpaid by $10,367 in wages before he quit.
