HOUSTON – A woman alleges she was injured at Houston shopping center because of a wet tiled entrance.

Rosalinda Garcia filed a complaint on May 9 in the Harris County District Court against Lush Cosmetics LLC, et al. alleging negligence hiring and supervision.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 21, 2016, she was injured on the Westheimer Road, Houston property controlled by defendants when she slipped on the wet tiled entrance in front of Lush.

The plaintiff holds Lush Cosmetics LLC, et al. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to properly inspect and maintain the pavement and failed to warn of the unsafe condition.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but not more than $1 million and all other relief that are lawful and equitable. She is represented by George K. Farah and Nathan E. Inurria of Guerra & Farah PLLC in Houston.
