HOUSTON – A Sealy man has brought a sex discrimination lawsuit against Link Staffing and Link Staffing Management, L.L.C., per recent Harris County District Court records.

In court documents filed on May 23 in the Harris County 133rd District Court, Robert Lancon alleges he was subjected to sexual harassment while on the job.

Lancon claims several employees and members of the defendants’ management would make sexual comments and gestures on a daily basis.

Other employees have reportedly filed complaints about the hostile work environment.

The suit further asserts Link made working conditions so intolerable that the plaintiff felt compelled to resign his position.

Consequently, Lancon seeks unspecified monetary damages.

He is representing himself.
