GALVESTON – A Kemah man is alleged to have breached a settlement agreement.
Bin Xu filed a complaint on May 29 in the Galveston County District Court against Robert Trost alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 9, 2017, the parties signed a settlement agreement to settle a breach of construction contract suit in which the defendant agreed he would pay the plaintiff the sum of $12,000.
In February, the plaintiff alleges the defendant was in breach of the agreement and has remained in default since.
The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of $100,000 or less and such other and further relief to which plaintiff may be entitled. The plaintiff is represented by Lawrence F. Cerf in Houston.
