HOUSTON – A Taco Bell patron alleges she was injured when she fell after slipping in a puddle of location at a Houston location.
Ashley McCullough DeDear filed a complaint on June 12 in the Harris County District Court against Taco Bell of America alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 16, 2016, she was an invitee at defendant's Taco Bell restaurant located at 7502 Highway 6 North, Houston and was injured when she slipped and fell on liquid on the floor. She alleges she suffered injuries resulting in physical impairment and disfigurement, pain and suffering, mental anguish and medical expenses as a result of the fall.
The plaintiff holds Taco Bell of America responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to immediately correct the hazard and failed to warn the public of an unreasonably dangerous condition.
The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $100,000 and such other and further relief to which she is entitled. She is represented by Brian H. Crockett and Chance Marshall of Crockett Law PC in Houston.
