Guest alleges rug at MCM 8799 North Loop East building caused fall

HOUSTON – A guest at an office building in Houston alleges a rug at an entry way caused her to fall.

Coleen Pace filed a complaint on July 6 in the Harris County District Court against MCM 8799 North Loop East LLC alleging premises liability.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 3, she was injured when she tripped and fell on a rug at defendant's office building at 8799 North Loop East in Houston. 

The plaintiff holds MCM 8799 North Loop East LLC responsible because despite actual or constructive knowledge of the unsafe condition but did not make it safe or to warn plaintiff about it.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but less than $1 million, plus costs, interest and such other and further relief to which she is entitled. She is represented by Brian E. White of Attorney Brian White & Associates PC in Houston.
