Madriz represents employers of all sizes in courts across the country and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, JAMS and the American Arbitration Association. In her robust employment practice, she advises clients on compliance matters, investigations and disputes. She recently won decertification of a nationwide Fair Labor Standards Act collective action in a significant exempt misclassification case.
