Gilbreath Outdoor Advertising alleges client owes more than $26,000 for billboard space

GALVESTON – An advertising company alleges it wasn't paid for billboard space by a Baytown medical facility.

Gilbreath & Co., doing business as Gilbreath Outdoor Advertising, filed a complaint on Aug. 13 in the Galveston County District Court against Aneres Healthcare and Wellness Centers LLC and Tracy Allen alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 11, 2017, the defendants contracted plaintiff to lease plaintiff's billboard space to advertise their business for $13,800. After all lawful offsets, payments and credits, the principal balance of $26,691.70 allegedly remains unpaid. 

The plaintiff seeks actual damages of $26,691.70, prejudgment and post-judgment interest, costs fees and loss of profits and all other relief to which plaintiff may be entitled. It is represented by Rich Melendez of Melendez Law PC in Houston.
