HOUSTON – The buyer of a Houston property alleges he has paid the note in full but the seller has failed to give him the title.

Jose Ramirez filed a complaint on Aug. 15 in the Harris County District Court against Devdara LLC seeking declaratory judgment.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 16, 2016, he purchased defendant's 942 Conklin, Houston property for $11,000 plus 10 percent interest. The plaintiff alleges he has paid the promissory note in full but the defendant has refused to tender full and clear title to him.

The plaintiff seeks an order declaring that his right to the property is superior to defendant's rights, award for actual damages, attorney's fees, costs and all other relief to which he is entitled. He is represented by Craig Welscher and Nicholas T. Martinez of The Welscher Martinez Law Firm in Houston.
