HOUSTON – A California woman brings a slip and fall lawsuit against the city.
Audrey Zabala’s suit, which was filed on Sept. 18 in the Harris County 164th District Court, claims the plaintiff sustained personal injuries from an incident two years ago at George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Zabala recalls walking outside of the Dollar Rent A Car facility when a dangerous condition on the floor “unexpectedly” caused her to slip and fall.
Consequently, the plaintiff seeks unspecified monetary damages.
