GALVESTON – A Galveston County business alleges it is owed nearly $80,000 for work it performed on two projects.

Flagship Floors Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 18 in the Galveston County District Court against Mary T. Lera, also known as Mary Therese Hurley Lera and May Hurley Lera alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between November 2016 and February 2017, it supplied and installed flooring for the defendant for two projects. The plaintiff alleges it has completed the work but has not been paid.
