HOUSTON – An Illinois man has sued a local motorcycle customization business, claiming it did not send him his order for rims.

Daniel Barry brought a breach of contract lawsuit against Titan Cycle Customs LLC on Oct. 2 in the Harris County 151st District Court.

According to the complaint, Barry and Titan entered into an agreement in which the plaintiff paid $3,425 for the product in question on Feb. 18, 2017.

Titan represented to Barry that he would receive the rims “within a timely period,” to which the original petition asserts was false.

The respondent’s “was committed knowingly and intentionally with the intent to defraud the plaintiff,” the suit says.

Consequently, Barry seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

He is represented by Charles Bush of the Bush & Bush Law Group P.C. in Dallas.
